COX CABLE'S PETITION TO APPEAL DENIED

Oklahoma City, OK. On March 10, 2014, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit summarily denied Cox’s petition for permission to appeal Judge Robin J. Cauthron’s Order certifying a class of Cox Cable subscribers in Oklahoma City seeking relief for violation of the Sherman Act.  The class will now proceed forward as a class to trial or settlement.  WhatleyKallas and its co-counsel represent the class of premium cable purchasers.
