
NICK DORMAN

Mr. Dorman’s practice is focused on healthcare and antitrust litigation. He represents healthcare providers, including hospitals and physician groups, in a variety of disputes and forums, ranging from complex antitrust claims in federal and state courts to Payor-Provider arbitrations before the AAA and AHLA. He has experience representing both providers and consumers in class actions involving claims under ERISA and RICO, and representing whistleblowers in qui tam litigation under the False Claims Act. He has represented providers in both class and individual antitrust litigation and has taken antitrust cases to trial, obtaining jury verdicts or favorable settlements for those providers.
Mr. Dorman graduated first in his class from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is a member of both the Alabama Bar and the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Healthcare and Antitrust Sections of the American Bar Association and is a member of Public Justice.
