On July 29, 2025, the Court held a Final Approval Hearing with respect to the Motion to Approve the Provider Settlement in the In re Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation. Whatley Kallas attorneys Edith Kallas and Joe Whatley presented the Settlement to the Court on behalf of the Provider Settlement Class. The Court also heard arguments from the Blues in favor of the Settlement, and two objectors. The Court took the Motion for Final Approval under submission. We will provide further updates as the Settlement progresses.
